TheairbagSRSprovidesADDITIONAL
protectioninaseverefrontalimpactonly.It
doesnotreplacetheneed,orrequirementto
wearaseatbelt.
Theairbagstogetherwiththeseatbelts
provideoptimumprotectionforadults,but
itisnotthecaseforinfants.Theseat
beltandairbagsystemsinthevehicleare
notdesignedforprotectinginfants.The
protectionrequiredbyinfantsshouldbe
providedbychildrestraints.
TheAirbagSupplementarySystemconsistsof:
•FrontAirbags
•SeatSideAirbags
•SideHeadImpactProtectionAirbags
•AirbagControlModule
Thisvehicleisequippedwithtwofrontairbagsfordriver
andfrontpassenger ,sideairbagsforfrontseatsandsideair
curtains.
Thefrontalairbagsarettedinthecentrepartofsteering
wheelandthedashboardabovethegloveboxrespectively.
Thefrontalsideairbagsarettedintheouterseatback
cushionofthetwofrontseats,sideaircurtainsaretted
intheroofinteriortrim.
