systemwillautomaticallypressurizeandhold,when
depressingthebrakepedalatthistime,youwillbe
respondedwithacertainpressurefeedback,whichis
normalduringtheoperationofHDCsystem.

Anti-lockBrakeSystem(ABS)
Athighspeedorundertheconditionswitha
slidingrisk,suchasdrivingthroughpuddles,
theeffectivecontactbetweenthetyreand
roadsurfacewillbeinterfered,ABSisunable
toovercomeitsphysicallimitationtostopthe
vehiclerapidly.
ABSisdesignedtopreventthewheelfromlockingduring
thebraking,sothatthedriverisabletocontrolthesteering
ofthevehicle.
ThefactthatacaristtedwithABSmustnevertempt
thedriverintotakingrisksthatcouldaffecthis/hersafety
orthatofotherroadusers.Inallcases,itremains
thedriver'sresponsibilitytodrivewithinnormalsafety
margins,havingdueconsiderationforprevailingweather
andtrafcconditions.
Undernormalbrakingconditions,ABSwillnotbe
activated.However,oncethebrakingforceexceedsthe
availableadhesionbetweenthetyresandtheroadsurface,
therebycausingthewheelstolock,ABSwillautomatically
