movetheshiftleverfromPgear .

GearshiftSpeed
AfterselectingDgear,thespeedatonegearvariesbased
ontheacceleratorpedalposition:asmallthrottleopening
willresultinthegearshiftatalowspeed,andalarge
throttleopeningwillrenderthetransmissiontodelaythe
gearshiftaction,andthegearshiftwillbecompletedafter
thevehiclereachingahigherspeed.
Kick-down
Thedrivewheelmayslipwhenthekick-down
functionisappliedontheroadwithlow
adhesion(suchassmoothroadsurface),and
thiswillleadtotheriskofsideslip.
WithDgearisselected,depressingtheaccelerator
pedalallthewaydowninonetime(alsoknownas
Kick-down)willprovidebetteraccelerationperformance
whileovertaking.Undercertainspeeds,itwillallowthe
transmissiontoshifttoaproperlowgearimmediately,
andprovidefastacceleration.Oncethepedalisreleased,
itwillresumetonormalhighgear(basedonthevehicle
speedandthepositionoftheacceleratorpedal).
VehicleStart-off
Withthebrakepedaldepressed,theenginecanbestarted
onlyafterplacingtheshiftleverinPorNposition;
aftershiftingintodesiredgear ,andwaitingforthefull
engagementofdualclutchautomatictransmission,release
thebrakepedal,thenthevehiclewillautomaticallystartat
aslowspeed.
