UnderTiptronicmode,ifthegearshifttimeselectedbythe
driverisunreasonable,orifupshiftatlowenginespeed
ordownshiftathighenginespeed,thetransmissionwill
notrespond,andthevehicledrivesstillinthecurrentgear.
Whenthevehicledrivesinacertaingear,andtheengine
speedislowerthanacertainvalue,thetransmissionwill
automaticallydownshifttoanadjacentlowgeartoavoid
engineameout;whenthevehicleaccelerates,andthe
enginespeedrisesupcontinuouslytothemaximumspeed
allowablebythegear,thetransmissionwillautomatically
upshifttoadjacenthighgeartoprotecttheengineifthe
upshiftisnotrequired.
T oreturntoanyothermodes,youneedtoswitchtheshift
levertothelefttoDgear .
