Whensomefailuresoccur,thetransmissionwillenter
intolimpmode,anditcanonlyworkinsomecertain
gears;besides,itmayfailtoreverseinindividualcase,
meanwhiletheinstrumentpackmessagecentrewilldisplay
engineemissionmalfunctionindicatorlamp.SeekanMG
AuthorisedRepairerinsuchacase.
Note:Underlimpmode,Tiptronicfunctionsare
disabled.
SevereFunctionalMalfunction
Whenthetransmissionfacessomeseverefunctional
malfunctions,theengineemissionmalfunctionindicator
lampilluminatesaccordingly.Forprotectingthe
transmission,thesystemmayforciblycutdownthepower
transmissionfromtheenginetotheclutch,andyoucan
notdrivethevehicle!SeekanMGAuthorisedRepairerin
suchacase.
Note:For6-speeddualclutchautomatictransmission,
theinstrumentpackmessagecentrewilldisplaythe
gearas"EP"incasethatthetransmissionisexcessively
overheatedorsomeseverefunctionalmalfunctions
occur.
