T argetCruiseSpeedAdjustment
Incaseofthecruisecontrolsystemisactivated:
T urntheleverupward(1)andhold,thevehiclewill
automaticallyaccelerate.Immediatelyreleasetheswitch
whenthespeedreachesthedesiredvalue.
T urntheleverdownward(2)andhold,thevehiclewill
automaticallydecelerate.Immediatelyreleasetheswitch
whenthespeedreachesthedesiredvalue.
Inaddition,thesetspeedcanbegraduallyincreasedor
decreasedbyturningtheleverandimmediatelyreleasing;
turningupward(1)willincreasethespeed,whileturning
downward(2)willdecreasethespeed.T urningthelever
oncewillincreaseordecreasethespeedappr.1km/h.
Whenthecruisecontrolsystemisinoperation,the
vehiclestillcanbeacceleratedbynormallydepressing
theacceleratorpedal(suchasovertaking).Whenthe
acceleratorpedalisreleased,thespeedwillreturntothe
setcruisespeed.
Pause
Whenthecruisecontrolsystemisactivated,thefollowing
operationswillbringthesystemtoStandbystate:
•T urntheleverto"Cancel"position(3).
•Depressthebrakepedal.
•ThegearofA TmodelsisswitchedtoP ,RorN.
•Thepoorroadconditionbringsthedynamicstability
controlsystem(SCS)intooperation.Forsafety
reasons,thecruisecontrolsystemwillautomatically
exittostandbystate.
•Whentheabrupthillresultsintheexcessivedecreaseof
thespeed,thecruisecontrolsystemshallautomatically
exittostandbystate.
•One-buttonelectronicparkingbrake(EPB)isoperated
inanabnormalmanner.
