front wheels on the ground (without
dollies) and the rear wheels o the

wheels or suspension components
are damaged or if towing with the rear
wheels on the ground is necessary,
use a towing dolly under the rear
wheels.
It is prohibited to allow passengers
to be seated in the towed vehicles.
Towing speed is not allowed to
exceed the safe speed or the
indicated road speed limit.
It is prohibited to use damaged
parts that are not firmly secured
onto the vehicle for towing. Failure
to comply with the above

distance before towing a vehicle:
• Only move within 394 inches (10
meters) at a speed of 5 km/hr or
slower, typically when loading
onto a tow truck or adjusting
position.
• Ensure the gear is in 'N' (neutral)

this movement. If unable to
operate the transmission and
parking brake, lift the rear wheels.
NOTE
Do not use lifting chain
equipment to tow the vehicle.
Instead, use plates or wheel lifting
devices.
If towing the vehicle from the front
is necessary, ensure the towing
