TARGET_NOT_READY_4_DEBUG=The target device is not ready for debugging. Please check your configuration
bit settings and program the device before proceeding. The most common causes for this failure are oscillator and/or
PGC/PGD settings.

no _reset symbol has been defined and may prevent the device from starting up properly.

UNLOAD_WHILE_BUSY=ICD 4 was unloaded while still busy. Please unplug and reconnect the USB cable before
using ICD 4 again.
