Isolating a Malfunction
Equipment Alert
Failure to move all three connections
may result in damage to table.
Step 1:
A) Disconnect power to the table.
B) Disconnect Back actuator connections.
C) Move Tilt wire connection J6 to Back PC Board connection J10.
D) Move Tilt wire connection J7 to Back PC Board connection J11.
E) Move Tilt wire connection J8 to Back PC Board connection J12.
F) Connect power to table.
Equipment Alert
The wire connections and wire routing must be put
back in original locations before installing covers.
Step 2: Using the hand / foot control:
A) Press & hold Back UP button briefly.
B) Press & hold Back DOWN button briefly.

A) Reconnect Tilt actuator connections.
B) Reconnect Back actuator connections.
C) Calibrate Table. Refer to: Calibration Procedure
