Insert the accessories into the oven
with the non-tip safety notches
towards the back.
If you are using the universal tray with
the rack on top, insert the tray between
the rails of the side runners and the
rack will automatically slide in above
them.
Rotisserie
The rotisserie can be used to grill
thicker items such as stuffed meat and
poultry. The food is rotated so that it
browns evenly all over.
The rotisserie can hold a maximum of
5 kg.
Special clamps for grilling poultry and
kebabs on the rotisserie are available
from Miele as optional extras.
