• Turn off the power button to the machine

• Use a USB cable conforming to the
standard.

PARAMETER ERROR
An error occurred in the sent print data.

PRINTING MODE
Print data with unprintable conditions was
received.
• Check the print data output conditions for
RIP software.
• Check the profile.
• If the same error message appears,
contact our service desk or your local
distributor to call for service.

USB INIT ERR
An error occurred in the USB
communication.
• Check the USB cable connection.
• Reconnect the USB cable.
• Turn off the power and then on again,
and send data again.
• Use a USB cable conforming to the
standard.

An excessive load was applied to the X
motor.
• Check whether the media is set properly
(whether feeding is performed properly).
• Open the cover and check for any
matters that hinder the carriage
operation.
• Turn off the power button to the machine
and turn it on after a while.

tact our service desk or your local distrib-
utor to call for service.

MOTOR Y
An excessive load was applied to the Y
motor.

X CURRENT
An error due to an excessive current of the
X motor was detected.

An error due to an excessive current of the
Y motor was detected.

Y ORIGIN
An error occurred in Y origin detection
(initialization operation).
• Turn off the power button to the machine
and turn it on after a while.
• If the same error message appears, con-

Abnormal linear scale.

WRONG IONIZER
Either the internal circuit has broken or
abnormal discharge occurs.

IONIZER ION LEVEL
Due to blot on the electrode probe and wear
of it, ion production has decreased.
Use this as a guide for time to take care of
the electrode probe.
• Please clean the electrode probe refer-
ring to the ionizer manual.
• If the status cannot be improved, replace
the relevant electrode probe.
ERROR 527
IONIZER CONDITION
When the ion is absorbed by the
surrounding metal, the instability of
installation environment (temperature,
humidity, peripheral metals, etc.) affects the
performance to remove electricity.
• Please make sure there is no conductor
or another static eliminator in the vicinity
of the ionizer.
• If there is such material, please keep
away from such conductor or another
static eliminator.

PUMP MOTOR SENSOR
Pump sensor detection error
• Turn off the power button to the machine
and turn it on after a while.
• If the same error message appears,
contact our service desk or your local
distributor to call for service.
