To troubleshoot concentration issues with your Mindray Medical Equipment, start by checking the vaporizer liquid level and refilling if it's low. Ensure the control dial is set correctly (to ?0.2 vol.%) and that the correct vaporizer is connected while others are off. If the vaporizer was tilted, flush it with fresh gas. Look for leaks, especially around the plug-in adapter, and inspect the sealing rings. Let the vaporizer reach normal temperature if it's outside the specified range, and refill with anesthetic agent at room temperature. Lastly, adjust the concentration if you're using a carrier gas other than air.
