slide mount holder SH-U1.

Pull the front door down
to this position when
inserting the optional
APS adapter.

Turn off the scanner
when it is not in use.

This button ejects the film holder, and
rewinds the film in the optional APS
adapter.

Glows steadily:
The scanner is ready to use.
Blinks slowly:
Scanning or initializing. When the scan-
ner is initializing, do not open the front

Blinks rapidly:
Scanner error. (p. 86)

When the scanner is not in use, close the door to prevent
dust from entering the unit.
