MCD Configuration for the UC360
Multiline Support
In order to support the multi-line conference, you need to program the multi-call feature in the
MCD.
1. Select the Keys tab under User and Device Configuration.
2. There must be at least three lines (prime + 2 lines) so that the UC360 can support confer-
ence calls. The following fields must be programmed:
- Label: Any string
- Line Type: Multicall
- Button Directory Number: Same as your DN
- Ring Type: Ring.
