Operation when the operation
speed I starts at a speed
lower than the bias speed
The FX3U-1PG does not output
pulses.
The READY flag (BFM#28 b0) turns
OFF.

Change the sequence program so
that the operation speed I at the
beginning is set to the bias speed.
