already connected to the network.

Stores the MAC address of the station with duplicated IP
address in the station that has been already connected to
the network.
Un\G5204: 5th byte, 6th byte of the MAC address
Un\G5205: 3rd byte, 4th byte of the MAC address
Un\G5206: 1st byte, 2nd byte of the MAC address
"FFFFFFFFFFFFH" is stored in the station with duplicated
IP address.

Un\G5301 Stores the RECV instruction execution request status of each channel in b0 to b7 (channel 1 to 8).
