(Note) : Turn off the P1 and P2 manual pulse generator enable flag for
safety not to continue the manual pulse generator operation at
the manual pulse generator operation end.
Axis 1 and axis 2 manual pulse generator enable flag turn on.
Set "axis 1" and "axis 2" 1-pluse input magnification.
