error
Reading/writing of data from/to the CPU built-in
memory completed with an error.
Back up data in the CPU built-in memory, format
the CPU memory, and write the data back to the
original memory. Then, execute the data
backup/restoration function.
The possible cause is a failure of the CPU
module. Execute data restoration to another
CPU module.
