Show the main function of dedicated input/output in the Table 3-2. Refer to attached instruction manual
"Detailed explanations of functions and operations" in the product for the other functions. Each parameter
indicated with the parameter name is used by designated the signal No., assigned in the order of input
signal No. and output signal No.
