If large hunting occurs at oriented spindle stop, it
is likely that position detector (magnesensor, encoder,
etc.) is installed improperly.
Install position detector correctly and then perform
the adjustment described above again.
3.8.7 Adjustment of servo rigidity
"Servo rigidity"
at oriented spindle stop can be increased
as follows:
1)
Increase
I
PGl
setting (magnesensor type) or
El
PG2
set-
ting (encoder type) to an extent where overrun does not
occur.
2)
By setting bit of parameter
I=],
increase two magni-
fications Kp and
Ki
proportionally (if Kp is set to
"I
.
2"
,
for example,
Ki
should be set to
"'1.2").
If intense vibration occurs at oriented spindle stop,
the magnifications should not be increased further.
3)
"T
of parameter
[El
is "gain" for "advance/delay"
