The module supply is connected to the base element. Note that the
positive pole (+24 V DC) of the supply must be connected to U
S
and
the negative pole to the blue distribution block. The supply must
on no account be connected to the +5 V and GND terminals.
The +5 V and GND terminals are only to be used for connecting the
bus terminating resistor.

If the module supply is connected to the +5 V terminal, the
module will be damaged.
