Battery does not charge although it has
been placed in the drop-in charger for a
while
Perform one of the following actions:
• Verify the drop-in tray charger is prop-
erly connected and corresponds to a
compatible power supply. See Charging
a Stand-Alone Battery with the Drop-in
Tray Charger on page 23.
• Check the charger LEDs indicators to
see if the battery has a problem. See
Charger LED Indications on page 25.
Unable to pair a Bluetooth headset Ensure the target Bluetooth headset is not
connected to another device.
Unable to connect to a Bluetooth headset Ensure the target Bluetooth headset is not
connected to another device.
Pairing with wrong Bluetooth headset Do not perform pairing procedures next to
other Bluetooth headset devices.
CLP Bluetooth uses proximity pairing. En-
sure the headset is placed next to the CLP
radio.
NOTE: When a feature in your radio does not correspond to the default or
preprogrammed values, ensure your radio is programmed using CPS with a customized
profile.
