Warranty Coverage
This warranty extends only to the first consumer purchaser, and is not transferable.

Warranty and Service Support
Motorola Solutions have the option to repair or replace the Products or software that do not conform to
the warranty, or to refund the Products’ purchase price at no charge.
We may use functionally equivalent re-conditioned/refurbished/pre-owned or new Products or parts. No
software updates are provided.
10.7
Retain Your Original Proof of Purchase
Motorola Solutions will ship repaired or replacement Products at our expense for the freight and
insurance, but at your expense for any duties.
If additional information is needed, contact your Motorola Solutions point of purchase.

You must ship the Products to us with freight, duties and insurance prepaid. Along with the Products
you must include:
• a copy of your receipt, bill of sale or other comparable proof of purchase
• a written description of the problem
• the name of your service provider (if this Product requires subscription service)
• the name and location of the installation facility (if applicable) and, most importantly
• your address and telephone number. If requested, you must also return all detachable parts such as
antennas, batteries and chargers.

Software Copyrights Notice
The Motorola Solutions products described in this manual may include copyrighted Motorola Solutions
computer programs stored in semiconductor memories or other media. Laws in the United States
and other countries preserve for Motorola Solutions certain exclusive rights for copyrighted computer
programs including, but not limited to, the exclusive right to copy or reproduce in any form the
copyrighted computer program. Accordingly, any copyrighted Motorola Solutions computer programs
contained in the Motorola Solutions products described in this manual may not be copied, reproduced,
modified, reverse-engineered, or distributed in any manner without the express written permission of
Motorola Solutions.
Furthermore, the purchase of Motorola Solutions products shall not be deemed to grant either
directly or by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license under the copyrights, patents or patent
