Bluetooth Wireless Accessory
This section provides information regarding bluetooth wireless accessory.
2.3.1
Adding Bluetooth Headset
The following are the steps for initial pairing
Prerequisites: Turn the radio off.
Procedure:
1 Put the bluetooth headset in pairing mode. Refer to your Bluetooth headset instructions leaflet.
2 Press and hold the PTT button and Power button simultaneously until your radio shows the blue
LED.

Add or erase - solid blue
Pairing Successfully Blue/purple blinks for 5 sec-
onds
Bluetooth Disconnected Red/purple blinks until the
radio reconnects
Pairing Fail or Timeout Red/purple blinks until the
radio reconnects
NOTE: The Bluetooth feature is disabled when the wired audio accessory is plugged into
the accessory connector on the CLP radio.
2.3.2
Reconnecting to the Last Connected Bluetooth Headset
Prerequisites: Ensure the Bluetooth headset is turned on.
Procedure:
1 Turn the radio off.
2 To turn on the radio, press the Power button.
