Waking the Mobile Computer
The wakeup condition settings define what actions wake up the mobile computer. The settings are subject to
change/update.
Li-ion Battery Removal
To remove the Li-ion battery:
1. Press the red Power button to turn off the screen and place the mobile computer in suspend mode.
2. Pull back the two battery door latches.
3. Lift the battery door.
4. Pull the battery tab up to remove the battery.

Status Description Conditions for Wakeup
Power Off When the mobile computer is set to the suspend mode
by pressing the
Power
button, these actions wake the
mobile computer.
Power
button is pressed.
AC power is added or removed.
Cradle/cable connect or disconnect.
Key or scan button is pressed.
Real Time Clock set to wake up.
Auto Off When the automatic power-off function places the
mobile computer in suspend mode these actions wake
the mobile computer.
Power
button is pressed.
AC power added or removed.
Cradle/cable connect or disconnect.
Key or scan button is pressed.
Real Time Clock set to wake up.
NOTE Pulling back the left battery door latch places the mobile computer in suspend mode.
