Quick Start Collection Program Commands
Program functions and commands for each collection type. CPA, CPA Directed Downloads and CPG
collection. Certain commands may be used in all three situations.

View Collection
Criteria
FUNC + 1
Displays each Collection Criteria screen. Also allows
you to edit the criteria for a manually created segment.
Indicator OTHER
than key defaults
(Decimal)
and numeric
value for a
letter.
.01 = A
.10 = J
Indicator field will turn green when activated.
Edit Previous Records /
Review Mode
Arrow UP
Scrolls through previous records one by one. Screen
background will turn RED in Review mode.
Delete Previous Record
ALT + E
Must be in Review mode. (Arrow UP)
Clear a Field
ESC
Go Back or Exit
FUNC + 4
Exits backwards through fields or screens.
Lock Price
FUNC + 7
Stores the price(s) recorded for the last item collected
and will repeat those amounts and indicators for any
items scanned after that. FUNC + 7 will turn that off.
Repeat Last Price
Z (In Price
Field)
Enters the price(s) from the previous item for the
current item.
Alternate/Comparable
UPC Scan
FUNC + 2
Allows a second UPC to be collected for one record.
Comparable item usually in directed checks.
Description / Comment
FUNC + 6
Allows the user to enter an item description or make a
comment about an item scanned. Item must be
scanned first
Discount %
FUNC + 3
Allows the user to enter a % amount that will be
discounted from the entered price. This occurs once
the file has been received.
Switch Keys from
Alpha to Numeric
ALT
Manually switches the keypad default mode from
alpha to numeric (or vice versa) depending on the
field being entered.
