Generic Option Board is powered by SWB+ (7.5V). TX Line Tri-State Control Circuit takes SSI_CLK
and SSI_FSYNC as input to control the state in the SSI_TX line. As an example, it can be a counter
which starts counting on SSI_FSYNC, and when the count reaches 32, it will enable the SSI_TX line
buffer to enable data sending. When the count reaches 128, it will reset to 0 and disable the SSI_TX
line buffer and move the SSI_TX line to Tri-State.
