•DMOMode—Call-Outisnotsupported.
•EmergencyMode—allCall-outalertsareignored.

IntheCall-Outmodetherearefollowingphases:
•Alertingphase—receivesaCall-Outmessage.Thealarmtoneindicatesthemessage.Textisdisplayed
andyouhavefollowingoptionstouse:Accept,RejectorMENU.Ifyouacceptthealert,nootherservice
fromthispointcaninterrupt.
YoucanstopthealerttonebypressingPTToranyofthesoftkeys.
•Informationphase—youarestillintheCall-Outmodeandyoucanreceivemoredetailinformationabout
theincidentthatoccurredthroughsubsequenttextorthevoicemessage.Youcanqueryformoreinformation
usingvoicegroupcallorCall-Outtextfunctionwhichenablesyoutosendatextmessage.Youcanalways
respondandsendbackthetextorthevoicemessageusingvoicegroupcall.
6.10VoiceOperatingTransmission(VOX)Control
V oiceOperatingTransmission(VOX)Controlfeatureallowsyoutotransmitvoiceinahands-freecondition.If
thisfeatureisenabledandtheloudspeakeristurnedon,yourradioactivatesthemicrophonewhenyouspeakand
deactivatesitwhenyouaresilent.ItisusedduringeitheraDuplexPrivateCalloraPhoneCall,whenacurrently
connectedandactiveaccessoriesarenotFullDuplexcapable.
Example:
Anexternalspeakeristurnedonwithastmicrophoneactivated.
