TheBroadcastGroupCall(alsocalledSiteWideCall)isahigh-prioritygroupcallfromtheconsoleoperator(or
dispatcher)toalluserslocatedatoneormoresites.TheradiosareconguredtomonitoraBroadcastCall,but
youcannottalkback.ThecallcanbereceivedasanormalBroadcastCalloranEmergencyBroadcastCall.The
BroadcastCallpreemptsanongoingGroupCallthathasthesameorlowercallpriority.

Thisfeatureallowsaconsoleoperator(ordispatcher)toestablishaspecialcallwithaspecicradio.Itenables
tolistentotheconversationsandbackgroundnoiseswithintherangeoftheradiomicrophone.Thecallissetup
withoutanyindicationtotheaffectedradio,andanylowerpriorityongoingvoicecallmaybepreempted.
Afteracceptingthecall,theradiotransmitsinasimplexcallwithoutanyactionfromorindicationtotheuser.
TheAmbienceListeningCallautomaticallyendswhenyouinitiateanyvoicecall,switchtoEmergencyorTXI
Mode,orsendEmergencyAlarm.
