To enable custom barcode reading, open the instrument reader window, navigate to Tools Instrument Configuration, and select Enable

3.5.4 Integrated Assay Plate Stacker
The QuickPlex SQ 120 instrument includes an integrated assay plate stacker for loading and unloading plates. The stacker can process
up to 5 plates at a time.
CAUTION: The maximum capacity of the input and output stacks is 5 plates. Do not load more than 5 plates into the input
stack (right side) at a time and do not allow more than 5 plates to accumulate in the output stack (left side).
WARNING: The stacker contains components that can move at any time. Even though the door automatically retracts if an
obstruction is detected, users should never place their fingers into the input or output stacks for any reason unless the instrument
is completely powered off.
