thespeedoftheengineand alsostopstheengine.
Drive Control
Locatedon theundersideof the upperhandle,the drive
controlisusedtoengage/disengagewheels.Squeeze
thedrivecontrolagainsttheupperhandletoengagethe
wheels;releaseto disengage.
Auger Control
Theaugercontrolis adjacentto the upperhandle.
Squeezethe augercontrolagainstthe upperhandleto
engagetheaugers;releaseto disengagetheaugers.

and drivecontrolsare disengaged and

Gasoline Cap
Removegas cap to addfuel. Unit runson regulargas.
Oil Drain Primer
Thedirectionofsnowthrowingcorrespondsto the
directionof thechuteopening.Usethe chutehandleto
turnthechuteassemblyinthedirectionyouwishto throw
thesnow.
Chute Knob
Thedistancesnowisthrowncanbeadjustedby either
raisingorloweringthe upperchute.Loosenthe chute
knobon thesideoftheupperchuteto adjust.Pivotthe
upperchuteto desiredposition,and retightenthe chute
knob.
Ignition Key
Theignitionkeyisnecessaryfor the engineto start.
Insertkeyandsnapin place;do notturnitto start/stop
theunit.Removekeywhenthe unit isnot inuse.
Shave Plate
Theshave platemaintainscontact with pavementas
the snowthroweris propelled, allowing snowclose to
pavement'ssurfaceto be discharged.
Skid Shoe
Thespacebetweentheshaveplateandthe groundcan
beadjusted.For closesnowremoval,placeskidshoesin
thelowposition.Usemiddleor highpositionwhenareato
beclearedisunevenoron gravelsurfaces.
