If you change the selected language to German
(Deutsch) in the menu Setup, User, then the
names of the pre-defined mixers will continue to
appear in English, but the German terms will be
used for the mixer inputs:

teen free mixers to anything you like (Name pa-
rameter). This is accomplished in the menu Setup,

10.2. Normal Operations
This is the procedure for operating your ROYALevo,
ROYAL SX or ROYAL SX M-LINK transmitter in nor-
mal mode:
1. Switch the ROYALevo, ROYAL SX or ROYAL SX
M-LINK transmitter ON:
The red LED on the transmitter flashes once
every two seconds.
2. Switch the M-LINK receiver ON.
The M-LINK system is now ready for use.
10.3. RF module excl. Scanner installed
The 2.4 GHz ISM band offers the facility to transmit
model data back to the transmitter. If you are using
a telemetry-capable M-LINK receiver, the actual volt-
age of the receiver power supply will be displayed di-
rectly on the integral screen of your
ROYALevo

  transmitter. If the
battery voltage falls below a certain threshold, the
transmitter also emits an audible signal to warn you
that the receiver battery is almost flat.
For more information on this feature, please refer to
the operating instructions supplied with your teleme-
try-capable M-LINK receiver.

10.4. Switching the transmitter on
with throttle-check active
Throttle-check is a safety function. If you are about to
fly a powered model, the throttle check (throttle lock)
prevents an electric motor bursting into life unexpec-
tedly if you switch the system on when the throttle
channel is not at idle.
You will find the parameter Check Thr. in the menu:
Setup, Transmitter:

 Check Thr. ON_
 Check RF ON
The factory default setting is ON. The conditions for
throttle-check are different for fixed-wing model aircraft
and helicopters; for this reason they are described
separately in the next two sections.
10.4.1.

This warning appears if:
Throttle-Check (Check Thr.) is set to ON (see above)
and
the throttle control is not in the idle position (or at
the motor OFF position)
