 Make sure all the connections are secure and properly connected.
 Make sure your monitor is plugged into the PoE switch.
 Make sure there is nothing obstructing the view of the camera of the
door panel.
No picture,

intercommunication
is normal

No audio when calling
 Make sure the volume notch on the indoor unit is turned off or the
monitor is in silence mode.
 Make sure there is nothing interfering with the speaker or microphone
on the indoor unit or the camera.
 Make sure all the connections are secure and properly connected
The outdoor unit
cannot call the indoor
monitor
 Make sure all the connections are secure and properly connected
There is no power on
the monitor
 Check CAT6 cable is connected to the device
 Check CAT6 cable is properly crimped to RJ45 socket
