  If your Napoleon Indoor Fireplace appliance won't turn on when the power button/switch is in the 'ON' position, first check if the appliance is properly plugged into an electrical outlet and plug it in if it is not. If applicable, ensure that the hard wire connections are correct. Also, the appliance may have overheated, causing the safety thermal switch to trip; in this case, unplug the power or turn off the circuit breaker, allow the appliance to cool for 15 minutes, and then plug it back in or turn the breaker on. Finally, inspect the circuit board and replace it if necessary, as it may be burnt out.

  If the ember bed in your Napoleon Indoor Fireplace is not glowing or is dimming, it could be that the brightness hasn't been selected. Additionally, the ember bed LEDs might be burnt out, so inspect them and replace them if needed. A burnt-out Main PCB Board could also be the cause; inspect it and replace it if necessary.
