Using four bolts, four washers
and four locknuts, install fan back.
Thread the wiring back through
the hole of the module.
Mount side manifold cover baffle.
Mount heating module upper bracket
by installing four screws.
Slide in condenser fan assembly.
Slide in heating module.
Refer to steps 1-16 from ”Heating
Module Removal” section.
Make sure that insulation peace is
not damaged.
Apply moldable putty to cable opening.
Mount condenser fan shroud by installing
10 screws (3 on the top and 7 at the bottom).
Mount rear manifold cover baffle.

Lift and remove blower from cabinet.
Remove seven screws along the back.
Remove Molex connector from the
front blower plate.
Remove 10 screws from the front blower plate and electrical plate
(with capacitor and contactor on it).
Remove electrical plate (with capacitor
and contactor on it).
Remove heating module.
Refer to steps 1-16 from ”Heating
Module Removal” section.
Remove 10 round head and 6 hex head screws.
Remove top blower plate.
Cut weather stripping at the right corner.
