DVD video can be divided into title,
the larger section, and the chapter,
the lower section.
Track
VCD and music CDs are divided into
tracks.
- Disc related terminology
Unplayable disc
-You cannot use LD, CD-I, CD-ROM, DVD-RAM in this product.
-Disc with region code other than 4 or ALL
- CD-R/RW disc not in the format of music CD, VCD, ISO9661 or JOLIET.
- CD-R disc of which the session is not closed and CD is not closed.
-Multi session disc with data empty in the middle.
- DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R not in the "illegally copied DVD" and "DVD-Video format" cannot be
played.
- There are some cases where the disc cannot be played according to recorded method such as
DVD, DivX, VCD, MP3 disc etc.
- Some times, the disc cannot be played back due to the characteristics, dust and bending of the
disc.
- For the playable disc (CD/CD-R/CD-RW/VCD/MP3/DVD/DVD-R/DVD-RW/DVD+RW) there are
two recording types for DVD-RW; Video Mode and VR Mode. Only the DVD RW recorded in
Video Mode can be played.
