Power is not connected. - Check whether the power cord is normally connected.
Remote control handset related

Remote control handset is not
working.
-Try replacing the batteries of the remote control handset.
- Check whether the correct function button is pressed.
- Check whether the angle and distance of the remote controller
is appropriate, and whether there are any obstacles between
the product and the remote control handset.
Screen related
Q A
Screen is not working normally
and the screen quality is poor.
- Check whether there are any alien particles on the disk surface.
- If there are any alien particles, wipe them with a soft cloth.
Sound related

The sound does not work. - Check whether the Mute function is activated.
- Check whether the DVD is in Stop, Fast forward or Fast
reverse mode.
- Press volume control button to increase the volume.
- Check whether the audio line (Red/White) is normally connect-
ed to the input/output terminal of same color.
