System Status Menu window
Step 3 Choose one of the following options and press ENTER to open the
selected window:
—Select Error Status to display alarm and error message information.
—Select Network Status to display information about the Ethernet
network to which the SVP Server is connected.
—Select Software Versions to view the software version for each
component.
Options on the System Status Menu window provide a look at the real
time operation of the components of the system. Use this data to
determine system function and to troubleshoot areas that may be
experiencing trouble.
Error Status Window
The Error Status window displays any alarms that indicate some system
malfunction. Some of these alarms are easily remedied and others
require a call to the National Technical Assistance Center (NTAC).
From the System Status Menu, select Error Status. The Error Status
window displays active alarms on the SVP Server.
Table 7-1 displays the list of alarms and descriptions of the actions to
take to eliminate the alarm.
