Supervisor, DSS Console
Description
An ACD Supervisor (Group or System) can use their DSS Console to monitor the
status of the ACD Agents within a group. The DSS Console is an essential tool for
supervisors since ACD Agent status monitoring is not available on a Multiline's
programmable keys, unless Hotline keys are assigned.
When the supervisor presses a button for an ACD Group, the console key flash rates
provide information to the supervisor about these activities of the group agents.
