FAULT INFORMATION DISPLAY
Station Line Fault
(1) At Calling Station
Side Tone cannot be heard. (1)

On the MDF, connect a test telephone set to
the faulty station line.
If Side Tone can be heard, check for trouble
with the cabling and telephone set.
If no Side Tone, check for trouble with wir-
ing on the MDF and LC blade.

Dial Tone is not returned.
The station telephone set is
DTMF type.
(1) System Data Programming for the station:
CM05 Y=0, CM10 Y=00, CM12 Y=00
System does not receive any
digits dialed by the station.
(1) “RUN” LED on the CPU blade is flashing.
(1) CPU blade
After dialing the first digit, Dial
Tone is not disconnected.
