00 Blade is not mounted/
initialized
Check the cable connection between the terminal
and the PBX.
Check to see if the cable is cut off.
01 Normal Operation of blade No action is required.
02 – Check to see if a short circuit exists on the line.
03 – Check to see if the Ring wire of the cable is grounded.
04 – Check to see if the LC blade is properly mounted.
05 – No action is required.

Check the cable connection between the terminal
and the PBX.
Check to see if the cable is cut off.
Check to see if the Tip wire of the cable is
grounded.
01 Terminal is connected No action is required.
02 Short circuit is made on the
line
Check to see if a short circuit exists on the line.
03 Ring wire is grounded Check to see if the Ring wire of the cable is grounded.
04 DLC blade is not mounted Check to see if the DLC blade is properly mounted.
05 Terminal failure Replace the terminal with a known good one and check
to see if the same failure occurs.
