5.4.10 PTC sensor
IfthecabinetisequippedwithPTCsensorrelay(F8),thecontrolsystemwillnotacceptthat
thesensorrelayinputhasanopencircuit.
IftheVAC/RBUelectricalmotorhasabuilt-inPTCsensor,itisrecommendedthatitbe
connectedtothecontrolsystem.
IftheVAC/RBUelectricalmotordoesnothaveaPTCsensor,itisnecessarytoplugina
resistoratterminalX1:139andX1:140tosimulateaPTCresistor.Anappropriateresistor
valueis1000Ohm.
OverloadrelayandthePTCrelaysharethesamealarm.
PTCrelayautoresetswhenpoweriso.
WhenthePTCrelayistriggeredbyhightemperatureinthemotor,thesystemshutso
andwhenturningothepowertoopenthedoor,thereisnosignthattherelayhasbeen
triggered.Motoroverloadrelayshallbemanuallyreset.
Soaeranalarm,andopeningthedoor,ifthemotoroverloadrelayisnottripped,itwould
bethePTCthathascausedthealarm.
