Additional Warning- WAIT is on upper display and
CYCLE or CAP is on lower display
Description:
‘WAIT’ will display for the following 3 reasons:
1. Weld duty cycle is being exceeded
2. Switch board is out of calibration
3. Switch board malfunctioned
• If lower display reads “CYCLE”, Check Duty Cycle: The N1500I
is reated at
9%
• If lower display reads “CAP”,
Step 1:Check Switch Board Calibration: Switch boards generate a signal rep-
resenting the capacitor voltage for the control board.
Step 2:Switch Board Malfunction: If re-calibration of the switch board fails,
exchange the switch board.
