Command: Setup CES Link VLAN
Syntax: CES link setup vlan <link> [tag|notag] [<vlanid>] [<vlanpriority>]
Description: Update the VLAN configuration parameters of a logical link, where:
<link> : Logical Link number (1 to 128, may be less on some products).
tag|notag : Whether to VLAN tag Ethernet frames.
<vlanid> : VLAN Identifier (0-4095, 0 = off).
<vlanpriority>: VLAN Priority (0-7).
Example: Set Logical Link 1 to VLAN tag Ethernet frames:
>ces link setup vlan 1 tag 100 1

Note: If any logical link has VLAN tagging enabled, then the ingress Ethernet port(s) must be
