The NetComm NB16WV-02 integrates an ADSL modem, dual-band wireless LAN, full Gigabit Ethernet interface and multi-
functional USB port into one unit. Connection to the Internet is achieved through the ADSL modem, a 3G/4G service, fixed line or
via a connection to the NB16WV-02’s WAN port, providing you with the flexibility to choose how you access the Internet.
The NB16WV-02’s automatic failover ensures you are always connected by activating the 3G/4G connection should the ADSL or
Ethernet WAN connection drop out.
Users are able to share a single Internet connection via both a wired and wireless connection to the NB16WV-02. With a built in
antennas providing a 2 transmit, 2 receive (2T2R) 802.11n concurrent dual band wireless access point, this router provides
wireless speeds of up to 600Mbps.
On top of this, the NB16WV-02 has four gigabit LAN ports for high-speed wired connections to multiple devices. The NB16WV-02
allows you to simply insert a 3G/4G USB Modem with SIM card and utilise 3G/4G Mobile Broadband for Internet connectivity.
Integrated VoIP telephony enables the NB16WV-02 to offer a highly cost efficient solution for making interstate or overseas calls
using the mobile broadband connection, especially in locations that lack fixed line infrastructure or as an alternative to traditional
landline based Internet services. All you require is a traditional analogue/cordless phone and an activated account with a VoIP
service provider.
The NB16WV-02 also includes advanced security features such as VPN pass-through, a wide array of wireless security options
and a built in firewall.
