Configuring the Switch
The navigation tabs across the top of the user interface provide access to all of the submenu
screens which allow you to manage your GS748T Smart Switch. The features under the following
main headings:

• “Configuring and Creating VLANs”
• “Enabling Spanning Tree Protocol”

Configuring Ports
The Port Configuration table displays the port status and contains fields for defining port
parameters.
To configure port settings:
1. Select Switching > Ports from the main menu. The Port Configuration screen will display.
