3. Enter the admin user name and password.
The user name is admin. The password is the one that you specified the first time
that you logged in. The user name and password are case-sensitive.
The BASIC Home page displays.
4. Select ADVANCED > Setup > Device Name.
The Device Name page displays.

In the Device Name field, type a new name.
6. Click the Apply button.
Your settings are saved.
Manage the LANs
You can change the LAN settings for each LAN port on the router. A VLAN profile is set
for each LAN:
•
LAN 1. This LAN is set as the default VLAN profile.
•
LAN 2. This LAN is set to the employee VLAN profile.
•
LAN 3. This LAN is set to the IoT VLAN profile.
•
LAN 4. This LAN is set to the guest VLAN profile.
•
LAN 5. You can set a custom VLAN profile for this LAN.
Change the VLAN profile for a LAN other than LAN 1
By default, you cannot change the VLAN profile or add a new VLAN profile for LAN 2,
LAN 3, or LAN 4. (The VLAN profile LAN 1 is set and you cannot change it at all).
To change the VLAN profile for LAN 2, LAN 3, or LAN 4, you must change the VLAN
profile used for the associated LAN Ethernet port and wireless network.
For example, by default, the employee VLAN profile is set for LAN 2. LAN Ethernet port
2 and wireless network 2 use the same employee VLAN profile. To change the VLAN
profile used for LAN 2, you must change the VLAN profile for LAN Ethernet port 2 and
wireless network 2.

The following instructions use LAN 2 as an example.
