If your alarm system has been fitted with a modem, the installation company can dial into the
system and remotely read and write data from the control panel. For added security the
installationcompanycanalsoprogram youralarm system so thatamasteruserhastoauthorise
anywrite commands.When"Remote CallBack"issetto"Enabled"the installationcompanycan
dial into the system at any time and read and write data from the control panel. When "Remote
Call Back" is set to "Disabled" the installation company can dial into the system at any time and
only read data from thecontrolpanel. Once a masteruserhas enabled "Remote CallBack" the
system will automatically disable "Remote Call Back" after four hours.
1. Ensure that “User menu 2" is selected.
Press 0 to select the Remote Call Back
option. The display will show:
