Fabricate a concrete structure sufcient to stabilize
and mount the operator. Consult local building codes
to build a pad that meets or is sufcient for the soil
type and climate and capable of supporting the loads
imposed by the operator during operation.
Conduit requirements should be considered before
building pad.

Set the operator on the pad and align
the sprockets 3” to 5” from the inside
surface of the gate.
Mark the four mounting holes on the
pad, remove the operator and drill the
holes according to the anchor bolt
manufacturers instructions.
Replace the operator and anchor to
the pad using (4) 1/2” anchor bolts as
shown.
