Connection status is shown by the n icon:
• n (static): Camera has established
communication with the GPS unit.
Photo
information for pictures taken while this icon
is displayed include an additional page of GPS
data (0 138).
• n (flashing): The GPS unit is searching for a
signal.
Pictures taken while the icon is flashing do not include GPS
data.
• No icon: No new GPS data have been received from the GPS unit for at
least two seconds. Pictures taken when the n icon is not displayed do
not include GPS data.
